SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

Aurelia Rose London ships worldwide. Please note that handmade orders will take 3-5 working days to made. Once your order is shipped it could take 5-7 days to be delivered for mainland UK. Worldwide shipping could take 10-14 days to arrive after the item(s) have been made. Unfortunately we are not responsible for delayed deliveries once shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

 

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you must return the good within 7 days (if they are applicable for a return). If they are received after this time period, a refund will not be issued. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any handmade items or items that have been worn. Returned goods will be inspected and a refund will be left to the discretion of Aurelia Rose London.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All handmade items are exempt from being returned (this includes handmade earrings and jewellery holders/coasters)

Refunds
You will receive an email from us once your return is received and inspected, it will also state if a refund has been issued. If you have paid by credit card, the credit will be applied to your original payment method.


Sale items 

Only eligible full price items can be refunded. All sale items are non-refundable.
